This is an incredible book. It is a treasure trove of information that the big food and pharmaceutical corporations definitely don’t want us to have. Elaine Hollingsworth is one of the foremost health gurus here in Australia. Each year she produces another edition of this book, updating with new information that she and her researchers at the Hippocrates Health Centre have found.
